With over two decades of hands-on experience, Patrick has navigated multiple market cycles and understands that sustainable success in real estate is not built through shortcuts or speculation. Marianny Diaz, a second-generation real estate professional in Orlando, brings over a decade of expertise in residential and multi-family property management. Originally from Venezuela, Ms. Diaz has resided in Orlando since 2006, observing the city’s real estate market evolve and thrive. She is dedicated to establishing strong connections with her clients by actively listening to their needs and providing meticulous guidance throughout the entire process. Ms. Diaz emphasizes proactive and consistent communication, ensuring that clients remain informed and engaged throughout every stage from tenant procurement to monthly management. Having collaborated with a range of real estate organizations, from large firms to boutique agencies, she has refined her skills over the past decade. She values her clients' insights and decisions, fostering a collaborative and respectful relationship that has contributed significantly to her professional success. Outside of her career, Ms. Diaz enjoys spending quality time with her son, relaxing at the beach, and maintaining her fitness through regular workouts. Currently serving as a property manager for Thomas Lynne Property Management, Katherine is responsible for overseeing and maximizing the value of various properties within the company’s portfolio. Katherine graduated with a bachelor’s in business from the University of Florida and was previously awarded the renovated property of the year by the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando. With a background in business and a strong focus on customer service, Katherine has built a reputation for effectively handling all aspects of property management. From tenant relations and lease negotiations to handling maintenance requests and ensuring regulatory compliance, she approaches each task with dedication and professionalism.

Adrian has had a passion for investing, and building a business since leaving high school. Having started in the fitness industry, this helped him learn discipline and hard work, which helped him get the passion to learn about stocks/investing, and then eventually real estate. For Adrian it’s not about just helping you get a home, it’s about helping you get an investment that’s going to pay you for the rest of your life and have a very low risk. He has learned quickly in his 4 years of investing and learning while earning in real estate that real estate is by far the best investment you can make.
